Management, meet mindfulness

In my work with hundreds of leaders, I’ve seen burnout manifest in many different ways.

Some people get irritated and snappish. Some people mentally check out. Some people tamp down their stress with a few more glasses of wine than their next-morning self would prefer. Some people quit in a blaze of glory that burns all their professional bridges. (You probably want to avoid that one.)

All of these reactions to stress are totally normal! But they’re not sustainable — which you already know. I’m here to help you find a balance that doesn’t make you feel like you’re always letting someone down. Especially if that someone is yourself.

I hold a Masters and Doctorate of Science in Physical Therapy from Andrews University and a Masters of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. I’m also a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and a former member of the Forbes Coaches Council. Additionally, I hold certifications in the enneagram, and am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation.

I’ve led multiple teams to success and managed revenues exceeding $300 million. In my first year as a consultant, I generated over $300K. I’ve worked with notable clients including Uptake, Basis Technologies, Bridgewater Wealth Management, Confluent Health and ICD Holdings. 

 

My goal in our work together is to help you become the leader you know you can be. We’ll identify places where you might be hurting your own effectiveness, and work on practical approaches that make you feel calm and empowered both at work and at home.  

More broadly, my goal is to transform both organizations, and the people who power them. I dream of a world where workplace culture is rooted in sustainability, effectiveness, and success — so every minute we spend working creates real positive change.
